Receipt of Notice of Unconditional Take-over Offer
Contents: The Board of Directors of the Company ("Board") wishes to announce that the Company has today received a notice of conditional take-over offer ("Notice") from Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad, on behalf of Signaland Sdn Bhd ("Offeror") on the Offeror's obligation to acquire all the ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in SSB which are not owned by the Offeror and the persons acting in concert with the Offeror ("Offer Shares") at a cash consideration of RM2.05 per Offer Share.
The Board does not intend to seek an alternative person to make a take-over offer for the Offer Shares.
A copy of the Notice is attached. The Notice will be posted to the shareholders of SSB within 7 days of this announcement.
