Bhd. and Liw Jun Wai (Kuala Lumpur High Court Suit No: D8-22-737-2009) announced on 26 May 2010, the Board of Directors wishes to reply as follows:-
 
 1. The Company's claim for the refund of RM18 million is remitted to the High Court. The Company is advised by its solicitors that the Company may proceed with a summary judgment application for the recover of the amount of RM18 million.
 
 2. In the event that the RM18 million is not recovered it will probably reduce the profit and the total equity of the Group accordingly.
