 - Quarterly Status Announcement Of Compliance With Public Shareholdings Spread Requirement Pursuant To Paragraph 8.02(1) of The Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Main LR")

Contents: Further to the announcement dated 25 February 2010, Tracoma Holdings Berhad would like to announce that as at 27 May 2010, the Company did not comply with Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Main LR.
 
 The public shareholdings spread of Tracoma as at 27 May 2010 was 24.21%. Tracoma did not comply with the minimum public spread of 25.00%. 
 
 The Company had informed its major shareholders of the non-compliance and suggested to exercise public placements of their current shareholdings to meet the definition of a public shareholding spread pursuant to the Main LR ("Rectification Plan"). This is still on-going and the Company has until 30 June 2010 to fully meet the requirement.
 
 Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had via its letter dated 19 January 2010 granted the Company an extension of time of six (6) months until 30 June 2010 to comply with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Main LR.
