Further to the announcement made by the Company on 20 October 2014 in relation to Proposed Acquisition, the Board of Directors wishes to inform that the Company had vide an exchange of letters with Natwest agreed to extend the expiry of the Additional Period after the Completion Period for a period of three (3) months from the 19 June 2015 to 18 September 2015 with interest calculated at 8% per annum in accordance with Clause 4.1.4 of the SPA.
