We refer to the announcements made on 11 March 2015, 11 May 2015 and 29 May 2015 in relation to the public shareholding spread of the Company pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of Chapter 8 and Paragraph 3.3 of Practice Note 19 of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“Listing Requirements”).
The Company wishes to announce that based on the Record of Depositors as at 10 June 2015, the Company's public shareholding spread was 28.20% which is above the required public shareholding spread of 25%.
Accordingly, the Company has complied with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Listing Requirements.
