Further to the announcements dated 23 October 2014, 8 May 2015, 3 June 2015 and 11 June 2015, the Directors of PETONE wishes to inform that:-
(i) the High Court has fixed the case management on 23 June 2015 in relation to the application to the High Court for a Stay of Execution of the Judgement dated 8 May 2015;
(ii) the Sessions Court has fixed the case management on 25 June 2015 in relation to the application to the Sessions Court for a Stay of Execution of the Judgement dated 11 June 2014; and
(iii) the Court of Appeal has fixed the case management on 30 July 2015 in relation to the orders allowed by the High Court pursuant to an application made by Silverline on 8 May 2015.
Further developments of the above matter will be announced on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course.

On behalf of the Board of Seacera, KAF Investment wishes to announce that Seacera Land and Sri Alai had, on 19 June 2015, mutually agreed to extend the date for fulfilment of the Conditions Precedent as stipulated in the SPA for a further three (3) months from 21 June 2015 until 20 September 2015.
Any further extension after the expiry of the above-mentioned three (3) months will be subject to agreement between both parties.
