an amount totaling RM7,093,447.58 claimed by Al-Rajhi Bank for outstanding
banking facilities provided to IRMSB. IRMSB is given 14 days from 9 March
2015, the date of the Demand Letter, to pay Al-Rajhi Bank. The Company is currently in
consultation with its solicitors its next course of action. Any
further material development of the above matter will be announced in due
course. This
