The Board of Directors of GOB (“Board”) is pleased to announce that the resolution in relation to the Proposed Disposal as set out in the notice of EGM dated 24 February 2015 was approved by the shareholders of GOB at the EGM held today. Further, with the State Authority’s approval for the Proposed Disposal which was obtained vide its letter dated 10 March 2015, the conditions precedent in the Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) for the Proposed Disposal have been fulfilled and accordingly, the SPA is now unconditional. This announcement is dated 11 March 2015.
