Pursuant to paragraph 9.33(1)(a) of the Listing Requirements, the Company is required to submit the draft Circular and additional listing application in relation to the Proposals (“Documents”) to Bursa Securities as soon as possible and in any event not later than 2 months from 3 October 2014, being the date of the Initial Announcement. On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that an application for an extension of time to submit the Documents has been submitted to Bursa Securities today.
