On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that all the conditions precedent in the SPA have been fulfilled on 3 December 2014 and that Disposal 1 has also been completed on even date following the receipt of the Disposal Consideration 1 from PGEO Group. Accordingly Nexsol shall cease to be a subsidiary of Kulim Group with effect from 3 December 2014.
