"The owner of Muda is selling his stake in the company. However, the identity of the buyer is still not clear yet at this juncture." After due and diligent enquiry with all the Directors of the Company including persons connected with them and the major shareholder, Hartaban Holdings Sdn Bhd, the Board of Directors of Muda Holdings Berhad wishes to state that the claims published in the Edge Financial Daily were not true as Tan Sri Lim Guan Teik and the persons and companies connected with him have confirmed that they are not selling their stakes in the company.
