Reference is made to the announcement dated 29 September 2014 (“Announcement”) and the letter from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securitites”) dated 2 October 2014 (“Query”). There is no gain or loss from the disposal of Preference Shares (PS) to CCHB because the acquisition is at RM1 per PS and CCHB is now disposing at RM1 per PS. 2. The Agreement is available for inspection from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday, at 48 Jalan Kota Laksamana 2/15, Taman Kota Laksamana, Seksyen 2, 75200 Melaka for a period of 3 months from 29 September 2014. 3. The original date of investment in the Sale Shares. The original date of investment in the Sale Shares is 17th February 2014 4. The net assets of MGB based on its latest audited accounts. The Company was incorporated on 06 January 2014 and there is no audited accounts as at todate. Based on the June 2014 unaudited management accounts, the NA of the Company is RM1,019,708.53; and 5.
