The Company had on 23 May 2014 entered into a subscription agreement with each of the Investors whereby the Company shall issue to the Investors a total of 224 million IRCB Shares and grant to the Investors a right to subscribe for a further 112 million IRCB Shares as full and final settlement of the Advance as announced on 23 May 2014.
