The Company had on 23 May 2014 entered into a subscription agreement with each of the Investors whereby the Company shall issue to the Investors a total of 224 million IRCB Shares and grant to the Investors a right to subscribe for a further 112 million IRCB Shares as full and final settlement of the Advance as announced on 23 May 2014. The Proposed Regularisation Plan is still pending approval from Bursa Securities. Any further development on the Plan will be announced accordingly. This announcement is dated 2 June 2014.
