The Directors of NetX Holdings Berhad (formerly known as Ariantec Global Berhad) ("Company") wish to announce that the shareholders of the Company have at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") held this morning passed the proposed resolution as set out in the Notice of EGM dated 22 May 2014 by way of poll.

The result of the pool in relation to the ordinary resolution on proposed appointment of auditors are as follows:-

1. 179,336,800 shares representing 63.57 % voted for the resolution; and

2. 102,788,450 shares representing 36.43 % voted against the resolution.
