Peram Ranum, a dormant company, is wholly owned by Maybank Ageas Holdings Berhad (MAHB). MAHB in turn is 69.05% owned by Etiqa International Holdings Sdn Bhd (EIHSB). EIHSB is a wholly owned subsidiary of Maybank. The dissolution of Peram Ranum will not have any material effect on the earnings or assets of Maybank for the financial year ending 31 December 2014.
