(Under Liquidation) vs. (1) Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Berhad and (2) Titisan Modal (M) Sdn. Bhd. [Kuala Lumpur High Court Suit No. 22NCC – 1253 – 2011 between Operasi Murni Sdn. Bhd. vs. (1) Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Berhad and (2) Titisan Modal (M) Sdn. Bhd. (the “Action”)] |
Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 23 May 2012 in relation to the Action. In the said announcement, it was announced that the Action by Operasi Murni Sdn. Bhd. against the Company and its subsidiary, Titisan Modal (M) Sdn. Bhd., was dismissed by the High Court with costs ordered to be paid by Operasi Murni Sdn. Bhd. to both the Company and Titisan Modal (M) Sdn. Bhd (the “Decision”).
The Company would like to update the Exchange that the Company’s solicitors have just been served by the solicitors acting for Operasi Murni Sdn. Bhd, with a sealed copy of Notice of Motion for extension of time to file a Notice of Appeal against the Decision. The Court of Appeal has fixed 17 July 2014 as the hearing date for the Notice of Motion. The Company will make the necessary announcement on further development on this matter in due course. This announcement is dated 5 June 2014. | |
