The Company had at the Annual General Meeting on 19 June 2013, obtained a Shareholders’ Mandate from its shareholders for the Company and/or its subsidiaries to enter into RRPTs of a revenue or trading nature, which are necessary for FEHB Group’s day to day operations and are in the ordinary course of business and on terms that are no more favourable to the Related Party than those generally available to the public. The RRPTs relate to the sales of fresh fruit bunches, processing and sale of crude palm oil and palm kernel, management services and purchases of fertilizers by FEHB Group to the Mandated Related Parties.
