As a result of the Dissolution, Pagabo has ceased to be a subsidiary of YTL Power. Pagabo was incorporated in England and Wales on 5 January 2010. It ceased trading in October 2012. The Board of Directors of CME wishes to announce

The Writ and the
Statement of Claim both were dated 21 January 2014. Both were served on the Company on 2. The particulars of claim under the Writ and Statement of Claim, including the amount claimed for and the interest rate The Plaintiff seeks against the Company and 2nd Defendant for the following:-
1) RM8,401,756.85 being the amount owing by the
Company as of 2) Monthly rental payment for January 2014 and every subsequent monthly rental payment until the end of the tenancy period of 3 years; and 3) Interest 10% per annum for outstanding rental payable calculated from the 22nd day of every month until the end of the tenancy period; and 4) Interest 5% per annum on the judgment sum from the date of judgment until the date of realisation; and 5) Such further and/ or other relief as the Court deems fit; and 6) Costs. 3. The disputes leading to the filing of the Writ and Statement of Claim on the Company Bellajade has commenced the action against CME arising from the disputes in relation to a Tenancy Agreement dated 21 February 2013 whereby CME agreed to rent from Bellajade a 23-Storey Office Building known as Plaza Palas bearing the postal address Plaza Palas, Lorong Palas, Off Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur (“the Premise”), for a rental of RM1,018,750.00 per month commencing from 20 February 2013, for tenancy term of 3 years. 4. The financial & operational impact of the Writ and Statement of Claim on the Group The Board of Directors are of the opinion that there is no material impact on the Group’s overall financials and operation. 5. The expected losses to the Group, if any, arising from the Writ and Statement of Claim The maximum expected losses from the Writ and Statement of Claim, if any, arising from the litigation as stated in Section 2 of the above. 6. The steps taken and proposed to be taken by CME in respect of the Writ and Statement of Claim The Company has sought legal advice from its solicitors with regards to the above Suit and has instructed its solicitors to defend the Suit. The Company’s solicitors are of the opinion that the Company has a reasonably good defence to the Suit.
