Further to the Company’s announcements dated 24 June 2013 and 26 June 2013 in respect of the Proposed Disposal of CSL Properties, the Board wishes to announce that the Company was informed by the solicitors of HSII (“HSII’s Solicitors”), vide its letter dated 21 March 2014 that the Purchaser’s Financier has remitted the balance purchase price to the HSII’s Solicitors’ account on 19 March 2014. In addition, the Purchaser’s solicitors has agreed, vide their letter to the HSII’s Solicitors dated 21 March 2014 that the legal possession of the CSL Properties is deemed delivered to the Purchaser on 19 March 2014. As such, the disposal of CSL Properties is now deemed completed. This announcement is dated 21 March 2014. | |
