The Board of Directors of CRB wishes to announce that CRB had on 14 March 2014, accepted the Letter of Acceptance dated 12 March 2014 in respect of the tender for Main Building Works for Phase 1 and 2 of a private school on Lot PTD 168450, Jalan Dato' Onn Utama, Bandar Dato' Onn, Mukim Tebrau, Daerah Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Takzim (hereinafter referred to as "the Works") from Fairview International School Nusajaya Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 778816-M) (hereinafter referred to as "Fairview") for a sum of RM17,800,000/- (Ringgit Malaysia: Seventeen Million and Eight Hundred Thousand only) ("Contract Sum") for a contract period of twelve (12) months. There are no major risks in relation to the Works. Nevertheless, the Works might be subjected to normal construction risk of material price and labour cost fluctuations which is already covered by the Contract Sum. The Directors of CRB are of the opinion that the Works are in the best interest of CRB. The Works are expected to contribute positively to the earnings of CRB for the financial year ending 31 October 2014 and would not have any effect on the share capital or shareholdings of the substantial shareholders of CRB. None of the Directors, major shareholders or persons connected with the Directors and/or major shareholders of CRB has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Works.
