Further to the announcements made on 27 November 2013, 17 December 2013, 7 February 2014 and 10 March 2014 and also the Case Management held on 6 March 2014 and 20 March 2014, the Board of Directors of HHB wishes to announce that the Plaintiff has filed in the Order 14 Application and the Court has directed the Defendant to file an Affidavit in Reply within 14 days and the Plaintiff to reply to the Affidavit in Reply within 7 days after receiving the Defendant’s Affidavit in Reply. The Court has further fixed this matter for Hearing on 17 April 2014 and the Decision on 25 April 2014. The Court has further directed the Plaintiff to provide a Statement of Account to show how the amount can be arrived in their Affidavit in Support and further directed the Defendant to propose settlement with the Plaintiff. The striking off of GSPL does not have any material effect on the earnings and net assets of Wawasan Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2014, and the share capital of the Company as the subsidiary company is dormant.
