The Board of Directors of Systech Bhd (“the Company”) wishes to announce that Syscatech Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 27 September 2013 entered into two (2) conditional sale and purchase agreements (“SPAs”) with PPC Glomac Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 328425-T) for the purchase of two (2) units of office suite for a total cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Four Million and Six Hundred Thousand (RM4,600,000-00) only on the terms and conditions as contained in the SPAs.

The details of the Proposed Acquisition are attached.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of RHB Capital, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that RHB Bank Berhad (“RHB Bank”) and PT Mestika Benua Mas (“Vendor”) had on 27 September 2013, by way of an exchange of letters (“Extension Letters”), mutually agreed to further extend the period to satisfy or waive the conditions precedent of the conditional sale and purchase agreement for the Proposed Acquisition (“CSPA”) to 31 December 2013.

The Extension Letters will be made available for inspection at the registered office of RHB Capital at Level 10, Tower One, RHB Centre, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur during normal business hours from Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays) for a period of three (3) months from the date of this announcement.
