The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the announcements dated 29 April 2013, 23 May 2013, 3 June 2013, 7 June 2013, 12 June 2013, 29 July 2013, 6 August 2013, 17 September 2013 and 23 September 2013 in relation to the DRP. We refer to the announcements dated 29 April 2013, 23 May 2013, 3 June 2013, 7 June 2013, 12 June 2013, 29 July 2013, 6 August 2013, 17 September 2013 and 23 September 2013 in relation to the above. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Power Root, RHB Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that the DRP applied to the final dividend of 4 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 28 February 2013 (as proposed on 29 April 2013 and subsequently approved by the shareholders of Power Root at the Annual General Meeting held on 29 July 2013) whereby 20% of the said final dividend can be elected to be reinvested in new ordinary shares of RM0.20 each in Power Root, has been completed following the listing of and quotation for 93,685 new ordinary shares of RM0.20 each in Power Root pursuant to the DRP (“New Share(s)”) today. With the listing of the said New Shares, the enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of Power Root is RM60,168,137 comprising 300,840,685 ordinary shares of RM0.20 each in Power Root. The High Court of Seremban (“Court”) has fixed the matter for hearing on 23 October 2013 at 9.00 a.m. If and when the event crystallized and the potential proceeds is not enough to pay SCB, there might be potential liabilities which would have financial and operation impact to the Company.
