The Board of Directors of Supermax Corporation Berhad (“Supermax” or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the proposed amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company ("Proposed Amendments") at the forthcoming Sixteenth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.
