Ivory is pleased to announce that the Company is proposing to seek a renewal of the shareholders' mandate for the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate, pursuant to the Listing Requirements of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad at a forthcoming general meeting of the Company. At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 19 June 2012, the Company had obtained shareholders' mandate to undertake the recurrent related party transactions entered into by the Group. The authority to undertake the recurrent related party transactions shall lapse at the conclusion of the next general meeting unless the authority is renewed. The Board therefore proposes to seek a renewal of the approval from the shareholders of the Company to comply with the Listing Requirements of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad at a forthcoming general meeting of the Company.
