On behalf of the Board of Directors of Jetson (“Board”), KAF Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that, following the listing of and quotation for 3,680,000 Placement Shares, being the second tranche, on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 26 April 2013, a total of 8,180,000 Placement Shares were placed out to identified investors in two (2) tranches at issue prices of RM1.04 and RM1.32 respectively, raising a total of RM9,537,600 for the Company pursuant to the Private Placement.
The Board does not intend to place the remaining Placement Shares to potential investors. As a result, the Private Placement is deemed completed.
