The contract sum for the Project is Ringgit Malaysia Sixty Four Million Three Hundred Thousand (RM64,300,000). The construction work is expected to be completed by July 2014. The Company does not foresee any exceptional risk other than operational risks associated with the Project. The Project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of KIMLUN Group for the financial years during the contract period. None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the above Project. | |
