The Board of Directors of MASTER wishes to announce that the following recurrent related party transactions of a revenue and trading nature (“RRPT”) were entered between Master-Pack Sdn. Bhd. and Richmond Technology Sdn. Bhd., during the period from 1 January to 31 March 2013 :- MASTER subsidiaries involved Nature of Transaction Amount (RM) Master-Pack Sdn. Bhd. Sale of packaging boards to Richmond 705,000 The RRPT were determined on arm’s length basis and on normal commercial terms which are not more favorable to the related party than those generally made available to the public. The highest percentage ratio applicable to the RRPT pursuant to paragraph 10.02(g) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities is 1.37%. This announcement is dated 9 April 2013.
