The Board of Directors of SPK-Sentosa wishes to announce that SPK-Sentosa has today received the attached press release from CIMB, on behalf of SPKB, informing that the Offeror has, on 10 April 2013, despatched the notice in accordance with Section 223(2) of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 (“CMSA”) to the shareholders of SPK-Sentosa who have not accepted the Offer (“Non-Accepting Shareholders”), informing them that they may exercise their rights to require the Offeror to acquire the Shares held by them.
