We refer to the Company's announcement dated 8 April 2013 in respect of the Winding-Up Petition ("the said announcement"). The Board of Directors of ENVAIR wishes to state that the date of 2 April 2013 in the said announcement relates specifically to the date of the Winding-Up Petition. Therefore, paragraph 1 of the said announcement should read as follows:- "The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that a Winding-Up Petition dated 2 April 2013 pursuant to Section 218(1)(e) of the Companies Act, 1965 together with a copy of the Affidavit Verifying Petition ("the said Winding-Up Petition") has been served on the Company by Messrs. Cheang & Ariff, the Solicitors who act on behalf of the former shareholder/director of the Company, Dato' Sri Ung Eng Huat demanding the payment of the total outstanding sum owing by the Company to Dato' Sri Ung Eng Huat amounting to RM835,445.13 (The sealed Winding-Up Petition was only received by the Company on 5 April 2013). The said Winding-Up Petition was served after the issue of the Statutory Demand on the Company pursuant to Section 218 of the Companies Act, 1965 for payment of a debt by Messrs. Cheang & Ariff on behalf of Dato' Sri Ung Eng Huat on 18 January 2013 pursuant to a Judgment in Default dated 13 December 2012." In addition, the Board wishes to make further additions/clarifications to the said announcement:- (a) Details of default or circumstances leading to the filing of Winding-Up Petition

(c) Expected loss arising from the Winding-Up Petition
