The terms used herein shall, unless context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 15 January 2013. We refer to the announcements dated 15 January 2013, 16 January 2013 and 21 January 2013 on the above pertaining to the Originating Summons and Interim Injunction Order that were served on the Company on 15 January 2013. The Company wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur (“High Court”) has dismissed the Plaintiffs' interlocutory injunction application with no order as to costs during the court hearing that was held on 22 January 2013. The High Court also had on the same date, fixed the date for case management to be held on 13 March 2013. Further, the trial for the Originating Summons also has been fixed by the High Court to be held on 7 May 2013. The Company is currently in discussion with its solicitors and advisers on the next course of action to be taken in relation to the Proposals (as defined in the announcement dated 10 August 2012).
