We refer to the announcements dated 19 July 2012, 20 July 2012, 27 July 2012, 16 October 2012, 24 October 2012, 2 January 2013, 4 January 2013 and 8 January 2013 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board has, on 21 January 2013, fixed the issue price for the final tranche of the placement of 9,809,000 new Omedia Shares to be issued under the Proposed Private Placement (“Placement Shares”) at RM0.105 per Placement Share. This issue price represents a discount of approximately 5.66% to the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of the Omedia Shares up to and including 18 January 2013 of RM0.1113. The payment from the placee(s) is expected to be received within five (5) market days from the date of this announcement. This announcement is dated 21 January 2013. | |
