Protasco Berhad (“PB”) is pleased to announce that, its sub-subsidiary, Empayar Indera Sdn. Bhd. (“EISB”), has on today received a letter of acceptance from the State Government of Perak accepting the provision of road maintenance services for state roads in Perak (“Project”) by EISB for a total period of seven (7) years.
The contract sum for the first two (2) years shall be approximately RM29.6 million and will be subject to review every two (2) years during the contract period of seven (7) years.
The abovementioned Project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of PB Group from the financial year ending 31 December 2013. | |
