(For consistency, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcement dated 25 September 2012.)

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 25 September 2012 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition, the Board of Directors of KSC wishes to announce that KSC and TSAT had on 28 December 2012 agreed in writing for a further extension of time until 31 January 2013 for the SC approval to be obtained and the fulfilment of all conditions precedent as stated in the Agreement entered into between TSAT and KSC on 25 September 2012.
