Further to our announcements dated 10 December 2012 and 13 December 2012, Perangsang Selangor wishes to announce further development on the above case involving SAP Holdings Berhad, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kumpulan Hartanah Selangor Berhad (“KHSB”) which in turn is a subsidiary of Perangsang Selangor.

KHSB’s Solicitor had on 26 December 2012 filed the Motion for Leave to Appeal to the Federal Court against the Court of Appeal’s decision dated 7 December 2012.

Perangsang Selangor will make the necessary announcement on further development on this matter in due course.
