Remarks : "Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd would like to clarify that on the basis of settlement taking place on 31 December 2012 with bonus issue of AMEDIA shares of RM0.10 each, any shareholder who is entitled to receive AMEDIA bonus issue shares, may sell any or all of his AMEDIA shares arising from the bonus issue beginning the Ex-Date (26 December 2012).
For example, if Mr X purchases 100 AMEDIA shares on cum basis on 24 December 2012, Mr X should receive 100 shares on 28 December 2012. As a result of the bonus issue, a total of 200 AMEDIA shares will be credited into Mr X's CDS account on the night of 28 December 2012 being the Book Closing Date. Therefore, Mr X can sell the bonus issue shares of 200 on or after the Ex-Date ie from 26 December 2012 onwards."

Remarks :- The SCR involves PSPRING undertaking a selective capital reduction and repayment exercise pursuant to Section 64 of the Companies Act, 1965 involving the reduction of the issued and paid-up share capital of PSPRING from RM105,000,000 comprising 105,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each ("PSPRING Share(s)") to RM104,101,949 comprising 104,101,949 PSPRING Shares by way of cancellation of 898,051 PSPRING Shares held by the shareholders of PSPRING other than Swift Redeem Sdn Bhd and Jati Semerbak Sdn Bhd (collectively referred to as the "Non-Entitled Shareholders").
Under the SCR, all the shareholders of PSPRING other than the Non-Entitled Shareholders, whose names appear in PSPRING's record of depositors as at the close of business on 31 December 2012 ("Entitlement Date") shall be entitled to receive a capital repayment sum of RM1.90 in cash for each existing PSPRING Share held. The Non-Entitled Shareholders will waive their entitlements to the capital repayment pursuant to the SCR. The capital repayment shall be made within ten (10) days from the Entitlement Date.
An application to de-list and withdraw the listing status of PSPRING from the official list of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") will be made to Bursa Securities after the completion of the SCR.
