1.3 Information of SND and PULLAH SND is a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia on 15 April 2012 under the Companies Act, 1965. SND having an authorised share capital of RM100,000.00 divided into 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each of which three (3) unit of ordinary shares have been paid up or credited as fully paid. SND currently is dormant. PULLAH is a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia on 15 April 2012 under the Companies Act, 1965. PULLAH having an authorised share capital of RM100,000.00 divided into 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each of which three (3) unit of ordinary shares have been paid up or credited as fully paid.
