The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 14 February 2013 received a letter from the solicitors of Malayan Banking Berhad ("MayBank") dated 6 February 2013 that MayBank will proceed to uplift the fixed deposit of RM5million pledged to secure the banking facilities to settle the amount owing under the banking facilities granted to the Company. The balance sum (if any) will be utilized to partly settle the amount owing by the Company in the capacity as the Corporate Guarantor for the banking facilities granted to the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Comfort Rubber Gloves Industries Sdn Bhd. This announcement is dated 18 February 2013.
