Further to the announcement of 4 December 2014, Rapid Synergy Berhad ("Rapid") wishes to clarify the following in respect of the disposal of investment in Shangri-La Hotels (Malaysia) Berhad. The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise states, shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the announcement aforesaid mentioned. The Disposal will result in an estimated gain of approximately RM123,002.27 instead of RM2,600 as announced earlier. The variance was due to the following: 1. The brokerage
fee was inadvertently omitted by Rapid in the calculation of the original cost
of investment; and 2. The original
purchase price per share used in the calculation was based on average price and
