Further to the announcement on 10 November 2014, the Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) wishes to announce that it has today received a request from SMRT Holdings Berhad, a company listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and as the holding company of Strategic Ambience Sdn. Bhd. for a further extension of fifteen (15) days to conduct due diligence on the Company and its subsidiaries (“Request for Further Extension”) and such extension shall expire on 24 December 2014. Based on the prior Board’s approval on the Due Diligence Request for a period of 30 days from 10 November 2014 with a further extension of 15 days upon written request, the Board (save for Mr. Siva Kumar A/L M Jeyapalan who has abstained and will abstain from all deliberations by the Board on this matter) acknowledged and accepted the Request for Further Extension. This announcement is dated 10 December 2014.
