Pursuant to Chapter 14 of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ACE Market Listing Requirements, the Company wishes to announce Datuk Tan Say Jim (“Datuk Tan”), the Group Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, has transacted dealings in the securities of the Company as follows:-
# Versatile Credit & Leasing Sdn Bhd, a company in which Datuk Tan is deemed interested pursuant to Section 6A of the Companies Act, 1965, had vide direct business transactions acquired 32,625,458 IRIS Ordinary Shares.
* Disposal by Versatile Credit & Leasing Sdn Bhd (“VCLSB”) (a company in which Datuk Tan is deemed interested pursuant to Section 6A of the Companies Act, 1965) of its entire shareholdings in Versatile Creative Berhad (“VCB”) (which in turn is a substantial shareholder of IRIS Corporation Berhad). Pursuant thereto, Datuk Tan ceased its indirect interest by virtue of cessation of interest under Section 6A of the Companies Act, 1965.
Remarks : The percentage is computed based on the total number of issued and paid-up share capital of the Company as per the respective transaction date.
