We refer to the announcements dated 5 September 2014, 22 September 2014 and 8 October 2014 in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise stated, words and phrases used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the aforesaid announcements. On behalf of the Company, HLIB wishes to announce that the SC, vide its letter dated 30 October 2014 (which was received on 31 October 2014), authorised the issuance of MTNs under the MTN Programme and CPs under the CP Programme with a combined limit of up to RM500.0 million in nominal value under subsection 256C(1) of the CMSA. The authorisation is subject to: (a) where any issue of the CPs under the CP Programme includes a term that prohibits the sale or transfer of the CPs:

As such, Mycom INV will cease to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from 1 November 2014. The striking-off of Mycom INV will not
have any impact on the net assets and earnings per share of the Company for the
financial year ending 30 June 2015.
