TISB was incorporated on 10 July 2006 and ceased operation during the financial year ended 31 December 2009 and has since remained dormant. The striking off of TISB is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share and net assets per share of TECHFAST Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2014.
