The Board of Directors of TECHFAST wishes to announce that Techfast Technologies Sdn Bhd ("TTSB"), Company No. 707821-U, a wholly owned subsidiary of TECHFAST had on 15 August 2014 received a notice of striking off pursuant to Section 308(4) of the Companies Act, 1965 from Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia that TTSB has been struck off from the register of the Registrar of Companies. TTSB was incorporated on 26 August 2005 and ceased operation during the financial year ended 31 December 2011 and has since remained dormant. The striking off of TTSB is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share and net assets per share of TECHFAST Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2014. None of the directors. major shareholders and/or persons connected with the directors and major shareholders of TECHFAST has any interest, direct or indirect in TTSB.
