We refer to the announcement dated 17 June 2014 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. Unless otherwise defined, all terms and abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meaning ascribed in the aforesaid announcement. FIMACORP wishes to announce that the Conditional Period has been extended by a further period of twenty-one (21) days commencing on the day after the expiry of the Conditional Period ("Extended Conditional Period"). The last day of the Extended Conditional Period shall fall on 6 September 2014. This announcement is dated 14 August 2014.
