The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 6 February 2014 in relation to the Rights Issue of ICULS with Warrants. We refer to the circular dated 8 May 2014 to the shareholders of TGIB in relation to the Rights Issue of ICULS with Warrants (“Circular”). On behalf of the Board of Directors of TGIB (“Board”), RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Board has revised the tentative timetable for the implementation of the Rights Issue of ICULS with Warrants as disclosed in Section 8 of the Circular to the following:
The timeline for the implementation of the Rights Issue of ICULS with Warrants was revised to the above dates to facilitate the preparation of the necessary documents in relation to the implementation of the Rights Issue of ICULS with Warrants. Barring any unforeseen circumstances and subject to all approvals being obtained, the Rights Issue of ICULS with Warrants is expected to be completed by the third (3rd) quarter of calendar year 2014. The relevant announcements in relation to the implementation of the Rights Issue of ICULS with Warrants will be made in due course. This announcement is dated 25 June 2014.
