We refer to the Company’s First Announcement dated 31 May 2013

Further to the said announcement, the Board of Directors of PMI wishes to inform that the Company had on 30 May 2014 submitted an application to Bursa Securities to seek an extension of time to submit the regularisation plan ("Application"). The Company is still awaiting the decision from Bursa Securities with regard to the Company's Application. This announcement is dated 2 June 2014. | |
