The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 26 December 2013 submitted its Proposed Regularisation Plan ("the Plan") to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") and is still pending approval from Bursa Securities. Any further development on the Plan will be announced accordingly. This announcement is dated 2 May 2014.
