We refer to our announcement dated 1 April 2014 in respect of the above matter. At the case management today, the parties informed the Kuala Lumpur High Court that the Plaintiff had filed a Notice of Discontinuance dated 21 April 2014 of the Suit, with no order as to costs, and no liberty to file afresh. The appeals in connection with the above were also withdrawn by Dato' See Teow Chuan before the Court of Appeals on 24 April 2014 with no order as to costs. This announcement is dated 29 April 2014.
